SHIPPING POLICY

At Kala Beauty, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD or USD. We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days to ensure you receive your products promptly. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time. Shipping times vary based on your location:

• Within Canada: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
• To the U.S.: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
• International: Shipping times to select countries range from 7-15 business days.

Currently, we offer international shipping to the following countries: Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs policies and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit number if applicable. Kala Beauty is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. Orders returned to us for this reason may require reshipping fees.
