At Kala Beauty, we take pride in our products and want our customers to be delighted with their purchases. However, we do not issue refunds on any products. We will, however, replace any products that have been damaged or lost during shipping.

If your product arrives damaged, be sure to get in touch with us immediately at iamkalabeauty@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement for the damaged product.

If you have any other issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at iamkalabeauty@gmail.com. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory solution.

Please note that we do not accept returns of opened or used products, as we cannot guarantee their safety or efficacy once they have been opened.
